What our registration covers
1Glowlucky.vip delivers online flower arranging courses under the framework of Australian online education regulations. Our registration with the relevant NSW authorities means students can enrol knowing the provider is legitimate, accountable, and bound by consumer protection obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
2Each course syllabus has been reviewed against the Certificate of Creative Arts and Floristry competency standards. This does not mean every short course leads to a formal qualification — but it does mean the content is structured, sequenced, and taught at an appropriate level for adult learners starting from scratch.
3Students who complete a full programme receive a digital certificate of completion issued by Glowlucky.vip. This certificate confirms participation and demonstrated skill in the areas covered — it is a provider-issued credential, not a nationally recognised qualification, and we are transparent about that distinction.
Accreditation is not a badge we display — it is the baseline we hold ourselves to. Students deserve to know exactly what they are signing up for, who is teaching them, and what they will leave with.
